Sliced Thin We slow cook our hams to enhance their wonderful flavor and retain their natural juices. The skin and Bone are then removed, and the ham is glazed with brown sugar and vacuumed-sealed to insure quality. Our fully cooked hams are available whole, whole sliced thin, one-half of a ham sliced thin or one-third of a ham sliced thin.
