Fathers Fully Cooked Sliced Country Ham Sliced Thin. We slice our Whole Fully Cooked Country Hams and divide every other slice. You will receive 1/2 of a Boneless Fully Cooked and Brown Sugar Glazed Country Ham. Weight is approximately 3 to 3.5 pounds. Our Sliced Thin Country Hams have the same great flavor as our aged 9 months or longer Whole Country Hams. The Cooked Country Hams are slow cooked overnight in a special water mixture, then deboned and glazed with brown sugar. When planning a meal we recommend 6 ounces per person. When serving on small biscuits or rolls 1 to 1.5 ounces.
