Father's Cooked Whole Country Ham - 7 to 8 lbs. - CCH7-8

We slow cook our hams to enhance their wonderful flavor and retain their natural juices. The skin & Bone are then removed, and the ham is glazed with brown sugar and vacuum-sealed to insure quality. Our fully cooked country hams are available whole, whole sliced thin, one-half of a ham sliced thin or one-third of a ham sliced thin.
