New 2 Pound Package of hand trimmed Boneless Country Ham Biscuit Sliced. Vacuumed Sealed in a resealable pouch. This will be approximately 25 biscuit slices. Our Country Hams are aged for atleast 8 months. Hickory Smoked and our special cure with Sugar helps to reduce the salt taste. We take our lran Boneless Aged Country Ham and cut them into Biscuit Sliced Size. THis is perfect size to fry up for Biscuits. Air Fryer tested 6-8 Minuets at 360 degrees. Fry in a Skillet or grill medium heat for about 4 minutes turning while cooking. Do not over cook! the ham will become hard and dry.
