Our New Father's Candied Bacon Jerky is different from all of our other Orginal Bacon Jerkies. We start out with Father's Hickory Smoked Sugar Cured Country Bacon and select special slices and dry the selected slices for several hours. Before drying each slice is hand rubbed with a mixture of Brown Sugar and a special Ground Cinnamon. After reaching our desired drying for our bacon jerky we heat at high temperature to put a Candied GLaze on this Bacon Jerky. Now you can enjoy our Hickory Bacon with a Candied Coating any time just open the package ready to eat!
