Fathers Sausage & Cheese Balls - CSCB

Our Father's Hickory Smoked Sausage and Cheese balls are fully cooked and may be eaten at room temperature. They are made from our finest smoked sausage, which is very lean meat and hickory smoked. We add in our Kentucky Water Milled Buttermilk biscuit mix made by Weisenberger's Mills in Midway KY. We selected a special sharp cheddar cheese to bring out the robust flavors, and finally cooked in our ovens for an unforgettable mouth watering treat. Our Smoked Sausage and Cheese balls are perfect for a snack, breakfast, appetizers or any occasion. Beware they are very addictive and once opened you will find it hard to resist eating the entire package. They may be heated in a microwave or eaten at room temperature. We have completed micro-bacterial weeks at room temperature and there were no storage problems. We do recommend keeping them in the refrigerator at home. Heating Methods: 350 degrees for 15-20 mins or if thawed 10-12 mins. Microwave ovens vary place frozen sausage balls on a microwave safe dish, microwave 1 minute on high rearrange and heat on high for 1 additional miniute.
