Uncooked Smoked Sausage Patty

We also prepare our hickory smoked sausage using old-fashioned methods. Of course, we use high quality certified pork that's full of lean, and we add the perfect seasoning ingredients to create this mouth-watering treat. Our sausage is smoked in a cloth bag over smoldering hickory, and is now available in patties. We also offer a Smoked Sausage gift box that contains three 2-pound bags of smoked sausage that can be shipped to the address of you choice. New cloth bags allow us to offer our smoked sausage in a 1-pound and 2-pound size.

Fully Cooked Sausage Brunch Bites

Our brunch bites are made from our lean smoked sausage and fully cooked for a ready to eat country treat! Children love the small size. Fully Cooked Sausage & Cheese Balls
 

Our Father's Hickory Smoked Sausage and Cheese balls are fully cooked and may be eaten at room temperature. They are made from our finest smoked sausage, which is very lean meat and hickory smoked. We add in our Kentucky Water Milled Buttermilk biscuit mix made by Wiesenberger's Mills in Midway Ky. We selected a special sharp cheddar cheese to bring out the robust flavors, and finally cooked in our ovens for an unforgettable mouth watering treat. Our Smoked Sausage and Cheese balls are perfect for a snack, breakfast, appetizers or any occasion. Beware they are very addictive once opened you will find it hard to resist eating the entire package. We package them in our 8oz packaging with approximately 22 per package and a 2 1/2 lb bag containing around 110. They may be heated in a microwave or eaten at room temperature. We have completed micro-bacterial study at 6 weeks at room temperature and there were no storage problems. We do recommend keeping them in the refrigerator at home.

We have selected a special sharp cheddar cheese and delicately smoked with real hickory for a smoked cheese with a robust flavor. Available in a 2 lb block or in a 8 oz. sliced package.

KY Biscuit Mix

This is a water-milled product at the only water flour mill in operation in Kentucky. Truly a gourmet Kentucky Biscuit Mix. Just add water and follow the instructions on the bag. Available in a 5 lb bag or a 5.5 oz. packet.

Uncooked Country Ham Biscuit Size

Genuine aged 8 months or longer Sugar Cured Country Ham. We take our lean Boneless Country Ham Slices and cut them into Biscuit Size portions. Each package has approx. 8 slices.

Fully Cooked Country Ham Salad

We take our Cooked Country Ham Salad and then add a specially selected pickle relish, diced pimentos and Miracle Whip to make a Country Ham Salad with more meat then all the other ingredients combined. This is truly a Gourmet style of Country Ham Salad.

Our Country Ham Salad is packaged in a vacuum sealed package. All of the ingredients are sealed in a vacuum package so it is as if they were never opened. A certified private lab has completed micobacterial testing and has proven our Country Ham Salad could be stored un-refrigerated for 2 weeks. For optimal flavor we do recommend that you do refrigerate when possible.

Country Pepper Bacon

1lb pkg Father's country peppered bacon is sugar cured and hickory smoked just like our hams. Our dry cured bacon will not shrink like packing house bacon, and you can certainly tell the difference in taste. We hand rub our slabs with a course black pepper before we smoke them to give the bacon a wonderful unique taste. We use a time-honored secret formula, and the rind is removed for easy slicing. Our country cured bacon has no water added or used in curing.

Country Cinnamon Bacon

Try our new Country Cinnamon Sugar Bacon. Father's country bacon is sugar cured and hickory smoked just like our hams. Our dry cured bacon will not shrink like packing house bacon, and you can certainly tell the difference in taste. Before smoking our bacon we hand rub the slabs with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. We use a time-honored secret formula, and the rind is removed for easy slicing. We also have Pepper Bacon available.
